Our luggage service

Travel with freedom, from your doorstep to your hotel room. Take a look at the details of how it works.

Pickup and delivery

  • Pickup in the Netherlands from Monday to Sunday between 11:00-16:00 or 14:00-20:00
  • Delivery at the destination from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
  • Pickup at the destination from Monday to Friday starting from 12:00
  • Delivery in the Netherlands from Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00

Schipment

  • Door-to-door luggage service
  • Bagbooking protective box for your suitcase
  • Careful labeling for both outward and return journeys
  • Proof of deposit based on ID verification
  • Sealing of the protective box during shipment

Service

  • Thirty minutes before the pickup of your luggage in the Netherlands, you will receive a phone call from the Bagbooking courier.
  • In the morning you will receive an SMS with a 3-hour time slot for the pickup of your luggage in the Netherlands.
  • Changes are free of charge up to 36 hours before shipment.
  • The Bagbooking service team keeps you informed about the status of your luggage.
