Pickup and delivery

  • Pickup in the Netherlands from Monday to Sunday between 9:00-14:00 or 12:00-18:00
  • Delivery at the destination from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
  • Pickup at the destination from Monday to Friday starting from 12:00
  • Delivery in the Netherlands from Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00

Additional options:

  • Delivery at the destination on weekends between 8:00 and 18:0
  • Pickup at the destination on weekends, luggage ready for shipment by 12:00
  • Delivery in the Netherlands from Monday to Sunday between 9:00-14:00 or 12:00-18:00

  • Thirty minutes before the pickup of your luggage in the Netherlands, you will receive a phone call from the Bagbooking courier.
  • The evening before, you will receive an SMS with a 2-hour time slot for the pickup of your luggage in the Netherlands.
  • Changes are free of charge up to 36 hours before shipment.
