Plan your trip and book your accommodation. Are you traveling by plane? Then you don’t need to book extra baggage space. Are you traveling by car? It saves you a lot of hassle with an overloaded trunk and the purchase of a roof box.
Whether you’re traveling alone or with your family, we’re here for you. You can cancel free of charge and without any reason up to 36-hours in advance.
After arranging your trip, you can make a Bagbooking on our website. You provide us with the destination, quantity, and dimensions of your suitcases, winter sports equipment, or golf set. You also let us know when we can pick up the luggage from your home.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
A few days before your departure, your luggage will be collected from your home. You can choose the specific time of day that works best for you.
On the day of pick-up, our courier will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival.
The courier will pack your luggage in a box and provide you with a receipt and proof of ownership. You can manage your booking through our online portal.
When you arrive at your destination, you can pick up your luggage. If you check in at your hotel or accommodation, your luggage will already be waiting for you.
We have informed the hotel or accommodation in advance, so even if you haven’t arrived yet, you don’t have to worry about your luggage.
When heading back home, we’ll pick up your luggage. On the day of departure, simply leave your luggage at the reception of your accommodation, packed in the same box as the outbound journey.
Once again, a courier will come to collect your luggage. From that moment on, you can track your luggage through our online platform.

When making your booking, you can choose from three different sizes:

*TIP: Roll up your winter sports clothing and place it inside the Bagbooking boxes with your ski equipment. This will save a lot of space in your other luggage.
*TIP: Pack your winter sports clothing with your skis, snowboard, or boots to save space in your other luggage.
You can modify your booking up to 36 hours before the scheduled pickup day. If it is no longer possible to modify your booking, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team for assistance.
Someone needs to be present in person when the luggage is picked up. It can be someone else on your behalf. The contents of the luggage need to be signed for, and the person must provide identification.
Contact the Bagbooking Service Team immediately, and we will resolve this for you.
Your luggage is packed in a protective box with safety labels during transport. Bagbooking is not liable for minor damages that may occur during transport. If there is significant damage, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team.
Bagbooking ensures that the hotel or accommodation is informed about the arrival of your luggage and monitors the reception of the baggage.
The box should be kept for the return journey. You can leave it as it is and reuse it.

Upon the pickup of your luggage, you will receive a manifest. This manifest serves as your proof of delivery and also as your proof for receiving your suitcase at your destination.
During the transport of your luggage, you will receive regular updates about its status.
Bagbooking transports your luggage throughout Europe, excluding the Canary Islands. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a booking for this island region due to different customs regulations.
You can take more luggage with you on the outbound journey than on the return journey. However, traveling with more luggage on the return journey than on the outbound journey is currently not possible. For any inquiries regarding this, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team.
