Bagbooking provides a convenient and reliable luggage transport service for your bags, suitcases, ski equipment, or golf sets. We offer door-to-door service, picking up your luggage from your home or any other location you choose, and delivering it to your destination and back. You have the following options to choose from:
Standard Service:
With our standard service, your luggage is collected a few business days before your departure date, including weekends if needed. You have the flexibility to select your preferred date and time slot, either in the morning or afternoon. On the evening prior to your departure, you will receive a 2-hour and 30-minute time window. Our courier will also contact you by phone before their arrival.
Express Service:
If you require a faster delivery, our express service is the ideal choice. Depending on your destination, your luggage will be picked up 2 to 3 business days prior to your departure date, including weekends if needed. You can select your desired date and time slot, either in the morning or afternoon. The evening before your departure, you will receive a 2-hour and 30-minute time window. Our courier will also contact you by phone before their arrival.
The costs for transporting your luggage partly depend on the travel distance and the size of your luggage. You can make a quick calculation here, for the final price you go through the booking process.
Absolutely! At Bagbooking, you can also make bookings for a group. To make a group booking, please contact our Bagbooking Service Team. Our team is ready to assist you and make the necessary arrangements for a smooth and efficient handling of luggage for your group.
In most cases, Bagbooking is cheaper than having your luggage transported by an airline. You can calculate the price by using our pricing tool.
We offer two convenient payment methods for your booking: credit card and iDeal. You can securely pay for your Bagbooking service using your credit card or make a payment through iDeal. Choose the option that suits you best for a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 36 hours before the scheduled pickup day. If you need to make any changes or cancel your booking after this timeframe, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team for assistance.

Someone needs to be present in person when the luggage is picked up. It can be someone else on your behalf. The contents of the luggage need to be signed for, and the person must provide identification.

Your luggage is packed in a protective box with safety labels during transport. Bagbooking is not liable for minor damages that may occur during transport. If there is significant damage, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team.
Bagbooking ensures that the hotel or accommodation is informed about the arrival of your luggage and monitors the reception of the baggage.
The box should be kept for the return journey. You can leave it as it is and reuse it.

Bagbooking transports your luggage throughout Europe, excluding the Canary Islands. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a booking for this island region due to different customs regulations.
You can take more luggage with you on the outbound journey than on the return journey. However, traveling with more luggage on the return journey than on the outbound journey is currently not possible. For any inquiries regarding this, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team.

Ski equipment includes skis, ski poles, helmet, ski boots, winter sports clothing, and other accessories.
The maximum dimensions for winter sports equipment are as follows:

Bagbooking transports your skis/snowboard with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Your shoes can weigh a maximum of 7.5 kg.

Bagbooking also ensures that your snowboard equipment arrives safely at your destination. The bindings of your snowboard must be detached for transport.
Your ski equipment will be specially packaged in a protective box with safety labels during transport. This ensures that your luggage arrives safely at your destination.
By collecting your winter sports equipment from your home well in advance for transport, we can guarantee that your winter sports equipment will be ready for you at your destination on time.

Your golf set will be transported in a specially designed protective box.
We ask you to place the driver (the most vulnerable part) diagonally in the box, separate from the set.
