If you use our services through your accommodation, we may receive the above-mentioned data from your accommodation. We kindly refer you to the privacy policy of your hotel for more information.

We share your name, address, and holiday address with our transportation partner so that they can pick up and deliver your luggage to the correct address.

We aim to respond to your request or complaint within one month. If it is not possible to make a decision within one month, we will notify you of the reasons for the delay and provide an expected timeframe for the decision, which will not exceed three months from the date of receipt.
