List of Prohibited Goods

Travel with luggage-free convenience, from your doorstep to your hotel room, and back again.

What You Can’t Bring

When planning your trip and booking your accommodation, if you’re traveling by plane, you don’t need to book extra baggage space.

Whether you’re traveling alone or with your family, we’ve got you covered. Going golfing, surfing, or skiing? We can also arrange luggage transport for those activities.

The List of Prohibited Goods

For every sender, Bagbooking has compiled a list of items that are not allowed in luggage. This is because these items are prohibited by law or because they can pose dangerous situations under certain circumstances (such as the risk of explosion, etc.). The sender refers to the individual (legal or natural person) who books luggage transport with Bagbooking or on whose behalf a booking is made. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

The list of goods below serves as a summary and is not exhaustive. For a complete overview and further specifications of dangerous goods, we refer to the IATA DGR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods by air, the ADR for the transport of dangerous goods by road, and the IMDG Code for the transport of dangerous goods by sea.

Standard Shipment

Your toiletry bag with “bathroom items” such as hairspray, perfume, aftershave, shaving foam, and nail polish remover is allowed in your suitcase. It is important that the maximum capacity of 750ml per aerosol can and 500ml per bottle is not exceeded.

Express Shipment

ATTENTION! If you’re traveling with Bagbooking Express, we do not transport your luggage by road, and different regulations apply. A toiletry bag with bathroom items is not allowed in your suitcase. This means absolutely no liquids and aerosols. You must carry these toiletries in your carry-on baggage. Do not take any risks, as your luggage may not be transported if these items are found.

EU Islands

If you’re traveling to an island, we cannot transport your luggage by road, and different regulations apply. A toiletry bag with bathroom items is not allowed in your suitcase. You must personally carry these toiletries in your carry-on baggage.

What Can I Bring in my Carry-on Baggage on the Plane?

Liquids and gels must be in containers of no more than 100 milliliters. These packaged liquids and gels must then be placed in a transparent and resealable plastic bag. The bag can have a maximum capacity of 1 liter. Each person is allowed to carry one 1-liter plastic bag.
