When making your booking, you can choose from three different sizes:
Maximum dimensions for suitcases/bags:
- Standard suitcase: 44 x 67 x 26 (L x W x H)
- Large suitcase: 51 x 77 x 32 (L x W x H)
- Extra-large suitcase: 58 x 84 x 36 (L x W x H)
Maximum dimensions for golf bags:
- 114 x 40 x 39 (L x W x H)
- Maximum size for driver (diagonally in box): 126cm
Maximum dimensions for winter sports equipment:
- Maximum ski dimensions: 185 x 35 x 15 (L x W x H)
- Maximum snowboard dimensions: 185 x 35 x 15 (L x W x H) (bindings detached!)
- Ski poles: 1 pair per ski set
- Boots: You can fit a helmet and back protector with each pair of ordered shoes.
*TIP: Roll up your winter sports clothing and place it inside the Bagbooking boxes with your ski equipment. This will save a lot of space in your other luggage.
You have the following options:
Standard service:
- Your luggage will be picked up a few business days before your departure date, depending on your destination. You can choose your own date and time slot, including weekends.
Express service:
- Your luggage will be picked up 2 to 3 business days before your departure date, depending on your destination. You can choose your own date and time slot, including weekends.
During the transport of your luggage, you will receive regular updates about its status.
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 36 hours before the scheduled pickup day. If you need to make any changes or cancel your booking after this timeframe, please contact the Bagbooking Service Team for assistance.
